Her weight should be increased gradually to avoid upsetting her stomach, and her adopter should work with their veterinarian to ensure she reaches and maintains a healthy weight.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHaving experienced food insecurity, Jovi is understandably \u003cstrong\u003every food motivated\u003c\/strong\u003e! She can take treats quite enthusiastically, so adopters will need to be mindful when offering them. We have found that using a flat hand technique works well for her. Jovi does gulp down her food so will need a slow feeder to help slow her down. Jovi is likely to counter surf or garbage dive given the opportunity so her adopters should be mindful of what she could possibly get into. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eJovi will need regular brushing and grooming - we recommend a fear free groomer as grooming is a new experience for her even in her adult age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJovi has been through a lot, but her goofy and affectionate personality continues to shine.
