K9 Principles Dog Training

Jump-Free Greeting - This workshop is a single-session 1-hour class focusing on teaching your dog the art of polite greetings, by keeping all four paws on the floor. Perfect for dogs of all ages who need some extra help mastering polite greetings—whether it’s with family, friends, or strangers.

Level One - A 7-week course that includes learning commands like sit, down, place, heel, stay, and to come when called (recall). The class can also help you addresses negative behaviours such as biting/nipping, leash pulling, nervousness, and jumping/lunging.

Level Two - A 7-week course that includes lessons on impulse control, recalling when distracted, hand signals, off-leash heeling and out-of-sight commands like sit/down/stay.

Puppy Gym - a fun and safe opportunity for your puppy (aged 6 months or younger) to build confidence, learn positive play skills and start socializing with other puppies and people. Guided by experience trainers, this 1-hour single-session helps support healthy development in your new puppy, setting the foundation for a well-adjusted and confident pup!

Hybrid Package - This unique package includes enrollment in the Level One class of your choice as well as two Private Lessons (1-hour each) with an expert dog trainer, in the comfort of your own home. (Please note: private lessons are scheduled directly with K9 Principles Dog Training, check your email after completing your purchase for instructions on how to schedule your private lessons)

Risk-Free Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If for any reason you change you mind within 48hrs of booking your training session with us, please reach out to our team and we'll provide a full refund (humaneeducation@hbspca.com). Please note, refunds cannot be provided if the class is scheduled to commence within 48hrs of your cancellation request. If for any reason you are no longer able to attend your class, you can transfer your ticket to another eligible pet owner and their pet. Alternatively, you can reschedule for no additional cost if you reach out to our team at least 7 days before your existing class is scheduled to commence.
