K9 Principles Training

Jump-Free Greeting - Dog Training Workshop is a single-session, 60-minute class focusing on teaching your dog the art of polite greetings, by keeping all four paws on the floor. Perfect for dogs of all ages and breeds who need a little extra help mastering polite greetings—whether it’s with family, friends, or strangers.

Drag Me Not - Say goodbye to pulling, tugging, and tangled leashes! Our new Drag Me Not dog training workshop with K9 Principles is designed to help you and your canine companion walk together with confidence, calmness, and control. Over the course of 4 weekly, 1-hour classes, you'll learn practical tools and positive training techniques to build a safe and enjoyable walking routine with your canine BFF. 

Level One - includes learning commands like sit, down, heal, stay, and come when called during this 7-week training class. It also addresses negative behaviors such as biting and jumping.

Level Two - includes impulse control, off-leash verbal control, hand signals, off-leash healing and out of sight sit/down/stays in this 7-week training class.

Puppy Preschool - includes a focus on introductions to stimuli, distractions, socialization, housing breaking, crate training, and more. *Puppy Preschool classes are on hold until further notes, please contact humaneeducation@hbspca.com if you are interested in signing up for our next Puppy Preschool class.*

Risk-Free Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If for any reason you change you mind within 48 hrs of booking your training session with us, please reach out to our team and we'll provide a full refund. Please note refunds cannot be provided if the class is scheduled to commence within 24 hrs of your cancellation request. If for any reason you are no longer able to attend your class, you can transfer your ticket to another eligible pet owner and their pet. Alternatively, you can reschedule for no additional cost if you reach out to our team at least 7 days before your existing class is scheduled to commence.
